A unique hybrid puzzle game for mobile
Just Blocks: Puzzle Brick Game is a free puzzle game developed by AAA Fun for mobile devices. It is a block puzzler that has players solve and clear out a 3x3 grid using rather unique gameplay mechanics that draw inspiration from classic titles in the genre.
Just Blocks: Puzzle Brick Game's gameplay is a cross between the strategic yet simplistic approach of Classic Sudoku with the unpredictability of the genre-defining Tetris. It offers multiple game modes, as well as customization options for the various blocks and grids to make the experience more personal.
Combining two classics together
Sudoku is a slow and deliberate game that requires analysis and time to plan out moves. Meanwhile, Tetris revels in its fast-paced and unpredictable gameplay that pushes you to think quickly and act fast. They are complete opposites of one another both in presentation and in styling. Somehow, though, Just Blocks: Puzzle Bricks Game managed to combine these two concepts together and create something rather unique.
This game is presented in typical Sudoku fashion, with a standard 3x3 grid. Instead of indicating numbers for them, though, you'll fill them out with blocks, and this is where Tetris comes into play. Random shapes will appear at the bottom, and it's up to you to figure out where best to put them in order to complete each grid and clear out the board.
Take your time and stack up combos in Standard Mode, or challenge yourself and clear out grids as quickly as possible in Time Mode. You can even customize the look and sound of the game as you like. Recent updates to the game seemed to have decreased difficulty quite a bit, and feedback from other players supports this notion—may or may not matter to some.

At first, Just Blocks: Puzzle Brick Game's premise seemed like it wouldn't work out, but surprisingly, it actually does. It takes two established and universally-loved gameplay concepts and mashes them together to form a fun and charming block puzzler.
